Sloan Whites

Sloan Whites is one of the Adventure Rec Interns for Outdoor Education. He is a 2015 graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. While attending school, he was a member of the Brotherhood of Christian Aggies. He was selected to be a member of this competitive social and service-oriented fraternity during his freshman year.

Sloan comes from a family of LLYC attendees and staff, including his brother Dayton, who was a part of the LLYC Internship Program. Sloan stands strong on his own merits. In addition to attending as a camper, Sloan has served on staff as a Counselor, Activities and Transportation Director, and as the Assistant Guys’ Director at Singing Hills. Other work experience includes an internship at SW Star Ranch in Zavala County, Texas, and a position as a greeter and cart boy at the Wolfdancer Golf Club, a Hyatt Regency Resort in Bastrop, Texas.

As a part of this internship, Sloan is looking forward to using his leadership skills and great work ethic.
